One of the Core Values at Highview is to honor God with all of your life. The Senior Adult Ministry shows how individuals can honor God with all and through all their lives. We may be retired but we have just begun to live and serve the Lord in new and exciting ways.
Connecting Senior Adults at Valley Station
Adult Bible Fellowship
Sunday mornings are the #1 way to get connected at Highview. We offer several small groups where you can experience real community. Our purpose is to connect adults in authentic relationships with Christ, His Word and other adults that increasingly evidence spiritual fruit. (Matthew 22:37-39; Matthew 28:18-20)
Senior Adult Fellowships
The Senior Adults of Highview gather periodically for a fun time of fellowship and food. These meetings take place on the second Thursday of the month in the World Café located at our Fegenbush Campus. The seniors at the Valley Station Campus also take a monthly trip to enjoy lunch and local sightseeing.
Homebound & Nursing Home Ministry
The Valley Station Campus joins the entire Highview family in its commitment to care for our most special seniors. There are three teams that visit in homes and nursing homes each month. We take the time to help each of these seniors feel connected to their church and church family. Prayer is a vital part of this important ministry.
